These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Partner") and Neuodds Technology Private Limited ("Neuodds", "Company") governing your access to and use of the Neuodds website and platform (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform or submitting an enquiry, you represent that you have full authority to bind your organisation and that you accept these Terms in their entirety.

1. Platform Nature & Limitations

Neuodds is a technology platform that facilitates connections between Manufacturers, Credit Insurers, and NBFCs. Neuodds is not a lender, a credit insurer, a broker, or a financial advisor. Financing is provided exclusively by regulated NBFCs. Insurance cover is provided exclusively by licensed credit insurance companies. Neuodds does not guarantee the availability of financing or insurance cover for any specific invoice or counterparty.

2. Eligibility

Access to the Platform's financing and insurance linkage features is limited to businesses that have completed Neuodds's KYB verification process and entered into a Partner Agreement. Website enquiry access is available to any bona fide business representative.

3. Permitted Use

You may access the Platform solely for lawful B2B trade financing purposes directly related to genuine commercial invoices arising from actual trade transactions. You must not use the Platform to: submit fraudulent or fabricated invoices; circumvent any insurer policy exclusion; launder money or finance prohibited activities; or reverse-engineer or scrape any part of the Platform.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, design systems, and code — is the proprietary property of Neuodds Technology Private Limited and is protected under Indian copyright law. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without explicit written consent is prohibited.

5. Disclaimers

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Neuodds makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted availability of the Platform. Market statistics and financial data referenced on this website are for illustrative purposes only and should not be relied upon for investment or commercial decisions without independent verification.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neuodds shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Neuodds's total aggregate liability to any Partner shall not exceed the platform fees paid by that Partner in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
