Platform Process Architecture

From Invoice Origination
to Insured Disbursement

Neuodds operationalises a six-stage process that connects three institutional stakeholders under a single verified, policy-backed workflow — with full audit trails at every step.

Precision-Engineered for Institutional Confidence

Every stage is designed to eliminate ambiguity, create verified data records, and maintain compliance with RBI guidelines governing trade receivable discounting.

1

Onboarding & KYB Verification

The Manufacturer completes a one-time digital onboarding. Neuodds performs Know Your Business (KYB) verification — validating GST registration, MSME certification (where applicable), bank account details, and credit insurance policy credentials.

Simultaneously, the Manufacturer's credit insurance policy is formally linked to their Neuodds account. The platform reads policy limits, buyer-specific sublimits, and exclusion conditions directly via the insurer API.

2

Invoice Upload & Real-Time Policy Matching

The Manufacturer submits an invoice through the Neuodds portal or via API integration with their ERP. The platform validates the invoice structure — GST-compliant e-invoice reference (IRN), buyer GSTIN, due date, and invoice amount.

The buyer is cross-referenced against the active credit insurance policy in real time. If the buyer has available sublimit under the policy, a Coverage Eligibility Certificate (CEC) is generated — a digitally signed document binding the invoice to the policy.

Real-Time Check CEC Generated < 60 seconds
Policy Matching Logic
Buyer GSTIN matched against insured buyer list
Available sublimit check (buyer-specific)
Aggregate policy headroom verification
Exclusion clause screening (buyer category, geography)
Coverage Eligibility Certificate generation
Insurer API confirmation receipt logged
3

NBFC Credit Review & Financing Offer

The matched invoice — accompanied by the Coverage Eligibility Certificate and all verification artefacts — is surfaced to the linked NBFC's decision engine via API. The NBFC receives a standardised, pre-validated data packet eliminating manual diligence.

The NBFC generates a Financing Offer specifying advance percentage (typically 80–90%), platform-disclosed interest rate, and tenor. This offer is presented to the Manufacturer for acceptance within a defined SLA window.

2-Hour SLA Transparent Pricing Offer Documented
Sample Financing Offer
Invoice Amount ₹50,00,000
Insurance Cover 90% of invoice
Advance Percentage 85%
Advance Disbursed ₹42,50,000
Financing Rate (p.a.) 13.5%
Platform Fee 0.3% of invoice
4

Manufacturer Acceptance & Fund Transfer

The Manufacturer reviews and digitally accepts the financing offer via one-click OTP confirmation. Neuodds triggers the disbursement instruction to the NBFC's core banking system, which initiates RTGS/NEFT transfer to the Manufacturer's verified bank account.

Simultaneously, a digitally signed Loan Agreement, Assignment of Receivable deed, and Notice of Assignment (NOA) to the buyer are auto-generated by the platform — eliminating documentation delays.

Auto-Generated Documents

Coverage Eligibility Certificate (archived)
Disbursement Confirmation Receipt

Repayment Monitoring

When the invoice due date approaches, Neuodds sends automated payment reminders to the buyer (via the NOA channel), monitors buyer bank confirmation, and reconciles repayment against the outstanding advance. All three parties see live status updates.

Automated buyer payment reminders
Real-time repayment reconciliation
Tri-party visibility dashboard
Overdue escalation workflow
6

Claims Management (If Required)

If a buyer defaults beyond the policy waiting period, Neuodds automatically compiles and submits the claims package to the Credit Insurer. The platform manages the claims lifecycle — from submission through to settlement receipt and proceeds distribution to the NBFC.

Auto-compiled claims documentation
Insurer claims portal integration
Settlement tracking & notification
NBFC recovery reconciliation
